RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Please contact our customer service within 3 business days after receiving the merchandise so we can assist you effectively. Please note that pictures of the product and a copy of the invoice will be necessary.
Return and exchange: terms and conditions:

  1. You will receive a return authorization by email;
  2. The product must be returned within 10 business days after receipt or pick up of the product;
  3. It must be in its original condition, unused, unmodified and unwashed;
  4. It has to be returned in its original packaging;

No return or exchange is possible on items removed from their packaging. Returns and exchanges do not apply to custom-made items.

REFUND

Any refund request will be processed within 10 business days of receipt from the date of the returned package. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method and shipping costs will be deducted.

Return fees on defective items will be insured by DICI. The initial delivery charges will also be refunded if the defective item has been ordered alone and is not replaceable. You will be notified by email when the refund is issued. Please note that your banking transaction may require additional processing time to credit your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION

It is possible to cancel an order if the merchandise has not been shipped. To do so, you will need to contact our customer service and confirm the cancellation of your order before receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer’s warranty covers the quality of the product until delivery is made.

SHIPPING

DICI offers several delivery services for online orders in the Monteregie, Greater Montreal, Estrie, Center-of-Quebec and Laurentians regions.

Province of Quebec only. For delivery to another Canadian province, please contact our customer service department.

During your purchase process, you will need to select one of the following options from the shopping cart:

Pick-up at a distribution center

For a pick up to our office (this option is free of charge);

  • An email confirmation will be sent when the item is ready for pick up.
  • The original receipt or electronic receipt must be presented at the time of pick up.

Home delivery service

Home delivery service fees are determined by the value and weight of your order. The delivery option(s) available will be suggested to the shopping cart during your purchase process;

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email within 3 to 5 business days with an update on the delivery. This email will have one of the following options:

  • We will issue an order number for the tracking of your delivery by one of our partner carriers;
  • The delivery service will contact you to make an appointment and confirm the delivery time of your order;
    • There is a 2 weeks delay for delivery if the product is in stock;
    • However, take note that most of our products are made in a unitary way which usually justifies a delay of 6 to 8 weeks.

DELIVERY AND RECEPTION

A person aged 18 and over must be present when the delivery is received so he can check the condition and accuracy of your order. An invoice will be included with the delivery documents. It is recommended that you review this invoice immediately and inform the delivery personnel of any problems.

If the goods are damaged, defective or an incident occurred during delivery, a note will have to be added by the delivery personnel to the delivery note, indicating the nature of the problem. You will have the choice to refuse or keep the goods. If you decide to keep the goods, our customer service will contact you within two business days of delivery.

PAYMENT

DICI accepts most credit cards issued in Canada such as Visa and MasterCard, all via the PayPal link on our website. On the other hand, if you wish to make a payment by direct transfer to the company, it is possible to do it by calling 450.905.2712 x10, and we will be pleased to assist you during the procedures.

The billing address provided (including name, address and postal code) must match the one associated with your credit card. This information is used to verify the authenticity of the transaction and the payment.

You will also need to provide a phone number and email address to help customer service contact you with any information regarding your order.

FINANCING

No funding will be accepted.
